Frequently Asked Questions

Every doorstep is different — and that’s what makes our work personal.

From city centres to quiet suburbs, every delivery has its own story.

Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions from customers and drivers.

Please note that NordPath Logistics operates within specific delivery areas, and we may not currently serve your postcode. Even so, the information below can help you — and all delivery drivers — by explaining how deliveries work behind the scenes and how you can support your driver.

For privacy and data protection reasons, NordPath does not hold customer delivery data and cannot access parcel tracking information. If your query relates to a specific parcel or tracking update, please understand that we are unable to provide updates. We kindly recommend contacting your original carrier or retailer directly for assistance.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, our team is always happy to help with general enquiries — just reach out using our contact form.

  • “Peak” refers to our busiest delivery periods — usually from Black Friday through Christmas, and occasionally during major sales or national events.
During peak, parcel volumes can more than double overnight. Our teams work extended hours, but slight delays can happen as routes become heavier and weather conditions worsen.
We plan ahead, bring in extra drivers, and stay in close contact with our national carrier partners to keep everything moving — your patience and understanding really help.

  • Small things make a big difference. You can help by:

    • Clearly displaying your house number or name.

    • Using a parcel box or safe place for contact-free delivery.

    • Adding delivery instructions when you order (e.g., “Leave in porch” or “Use side gate”).

    • Keeping driveways or access routes free of obstacles, especially in winter.

Every minute saved on one doorstep helps us reach the next one on time.

  • If your parcel was sent through using well-known national carriers, you can usually manage your delivery directly through their tracking link. They’ll show real-time updates and options to redirect or reschedule if available.

  • First, check your safe places, neighbours, or parcel box, and look for a photo or note left by your driver.
If it’s still missing, contact your national carrier directly using your tracking reference — they’ll raise a trace with us so we can investigate quickly.

  • We will leave a calling card from one of our partner carriers or they will update your tracking with re-delivery or collection options. You can usually rearrange your delivery for another day through their online portal. If you’ve specified a safe place and the parcel has been successfully delivered there, you’ll be notified accordingly.

  • We’re always happy to help, but for security and tracking reasons, all parcel enquiries must go through the courier partner listed on your tracking message.
They’ll pass any information to our team based in the local depot if needed.

  • We currently deliver across Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and the North West corridor, serving towns from Liverpool to Wigan.
Our coverage continues to grow as new routes open.

  • If you’re interested in joining the NordPath team, head to our Join the Path page to apply, or message us directly on Telegram to start a conversation.

We’re always looking for reliable, respectful, and motivated local drivers to help us reach every doorstep. Whether you have your own car and want to work as a self-employed courier or you’re looking for a dedicated van-driver role, there may be opportunities available within our network.

All NordPath drivers and couriers are required to hold a valid UK driving licence and undergo a DBS background check before starting.

If you’re a courier using your own vehicle, you’ll also need Hire and Reward insurance, which can usually be added as an affordable top-up to your existing policy.

We provide each new driver with a working comprehensive induction, route support, and safety guidance to help you start confidently. Once on the road, you’ll have access to consistent communication, operational support, and a transparent bonus structure designed to reward reliability and care.

If you’re committed to doing things properly and want to be part of a team that values professionalism, NordPath Logistics could be your next route forward.
