4. Driver and Courier Opportunities

Individuals applying to work with NordPath are classed as independent contractors unless otherwise stated.

  • Appropriate vehicle insurance (including Hire & Reward cover, where applicable);

  • A satisfactory DBS check before commencing work.

NordPath may offer induction materials and operational guidance, but drivers and couriers remain responsible for safe driving, lawful conduct, and care of parcels in their possession.

5. Deliveries and Liability

NordPath Logistics handles deliveries on behalf of third-party carrier partners and others.
Once a parcel is collected or assigned to NordPath, it is handled with due care in line with our operational policies.
However, NordPath is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control;

  • Loss or damage resulting from incorrect recipient details provided by the sender or customer;

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays or failed deliveries.

If you experience an issue with a delivery, please contact the carrier referenced in your tracking notification, or contact NordPath directly so we can assist.
